Days Inn & Suites By Wyndham Jennings

The room was bright and clean upon arrival.

Pleasant people that welcomes you in. Its location is marvellous on gambling. And it's nestled in a nice building near all the shopping area and Jennings.

Hotel was pretty standard, exceptional services, and it had favourable location by other stores around there which was nice. We loved rooms with our lysol wipes. Location: the property was near to resturants and shopping, and restaurants.

I had a nice stay with a comfy bed and a cool on-site Chinese buffet open until 10pm! The outdoor pool and lounge area were great for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the towels could be a bit softer, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 🙂

We had a very large group that was staying. While our booking was taken care of. I know that at least 2 families were messed up in their bookings. We had one disabled woman that requested a handicapped room, she booked 3+ months in advance...only to have it given to someone else. Then you offered at the holiday rates. I would say that is pretty shoddy service.

The staff here were super nice and accommodating.

Our room had a terrible, musty smell, unbearable. We later found bite marks on our bodies, suspecting bedbugs in the bed. I complained about this to the front desk, but my concerns were dismissed, leaving us frustrated and uncomfortable.

cut to the chase, here's my take

The bright and clean King Room Non-Smoking, with friendly staff that genuinely cared. The nearby restaurant was a bonus for late-night cravings. The breakfast, while basic, was adequate to start the day.

Pillows were Terible.

The rooms werevery comfy and tidy with a nice pool area that our kids loved. The breakfast was decent to start our day, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

The location was quite remote, making it less convenient for exploring local attractions.

The room had lots of moisture and it just felt damp. There was a slight smell and the a/c wasn't working well.

Nothing out of the ordinary.

I booked 2 rooms. they both smelled. One room TV didn't work. Instead of offering to bring another or refund money they said SORRY. Other room Toilet broke, they knew it didn't offer another room or to fix it. Hairdryer didn't worl, The Kicker, "black mold" on door facings between rooms. Will never stay at another Days inn.
